Director of Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:


Demand Generation Strategy


  • Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation programs to create awareness, generate leads, and drive sales pipeline.
  • Own the strategy and execution for top-of-funnel lead generation as well as nurturing programs to drive qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Design and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeted at strategic accounts.

Campaign Management


  • Create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital (paid search, paid social, display, email), content syndication, webinars, events, and other marketing channels.
  • Develop the marketing technology stack, including automation tools (HubSpot or Marketo), Salesforce, and attribution tools to track and optimize campaigns.

Analytics and Optimization


  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing attribution to optimize ROI, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing to continuously improve demand generation tactics and strategies.

Collaboration with Sales


  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals, lead quality, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop lead handoff processes and reporting metrics that ensure transparency and accountability between marketing and sales.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Ability to work independently and think big, while getting things done. Initially this role will have no direct reports, but the individual should be a leader who can mentor and grow a team in the future
  • Proven experience in developing and executing lead generation and ABM strategies.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and create actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Act as a team player.

Physical Demands: 


Sedentary to Moderate Work – Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Most work will require sitting, however, there will be occasional movement and event setup will require significant movement.  

Benefits & Compensation 


Meriplex employees receive a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, group term life insurance, 401K, plus PTO, holiday pay, as well as referral bonuses.  Current Pay Range: $140,000 - $180,000 Annually
