Responsibilities include:
- Apply knowledge of DoD, USAF, AFLCMC, and private-sector acquisition principles, guidance, Executive Orders, regulations and procedures sufficient to develop and provide guidance and expertise to program personnel within the supported Intelligence sensitive programs.
- Provide Acquisition Intelligence technical and analytical support as outlined in annual Intel Support Taskings from direct and external PEO customers.
- Contribute to intelligence-sensitive program development within AFLCMC and address specific program intelligence requirements while assessing the impact of technically advanced threat and security support issues to reduce program and operational risks.
- Address the changes in Defense acquisition and the focus on a more “Agile” Defense Acquisition System (DAS) capable to respond to dynamic threats, technology change, and capability evolution.
- Assist PMs to look at the systems engineering and architecture capability to identify the sub-component areas that are most sensitive to emerging/changing threats.
- Ensure dependencies and related implications to design, performance, and test and evaluation (T&E) are in place for inclusion in the Acquisition Strategy.
- Ensure Threat Intelligence Requirements include the VOLT Report (including CIPs), TTRAs, LMDP, Threat Information or Summaries, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), Capability Development Document (CDD), Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), and Program Protection Plan (PPP).
- Identify AFLCMC PEO programs that have Intelligence/ISR sensitivity.
- Provide support for reviewing, tailoring, and analyzing Threat Assessments.
- Provide support for reviewing, tailoring, and analyzing System Threat Analysis Reports (STAR).
- Provide support for reviewing, tailoring, and analyzing Validated On-Line Life-Cycle Threats (VOLTS).
- Provide support for reviewing, tailoring, and analyzing ISR dependencies and Requirements.
- Provide support for reviewing, tailoring, and analyzing cross-program analyses.
- Provide support for technical Adversary Cyber Threat Assessments (ACTA).
- Provide support for technical Intelligence supportability analyses.
- Provide support for reviewing, tailoring, and analyzing Information Support Plans (ISPs).
- Provide support for reviewing, tailoring, and analyzing Intelligence Mission Data (IMD/LMDPs).
Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Active TS/SCI required;
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience/knowledge in the activities outlined by the requirements of the position and in the tasks defined above.
