Job Summary:


The Graphic Designer is a key contributor to the creative team within marketing. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, developing and designing, and updating corporate marketing materials for customers, prospects and internal employees. As a graphic designer, you will help contribute to the creative vision, designing a diverse range of materials while helping to ensure brand guidelines are followed. An ideal candidate will be collaborative, possess strong communication skills and enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Design and create visually appealing layouts for articles, blogs, whitepapers, and sales sheets, and more
  • Create and update sales and client presentations as appropriate
  • Create digital assets for our organic social media channels and other uses where needed
  • Manage design projects from request for creative to finished deliverable
  • Adapt design elements to carry out the continuity of the brand(s) throughout all collateral based on supporting strategy and brand guidelines
  • Produce work that aligns with brand consistency and current style guide
  • Works effectively and efficiently to ensure that end results meet or exceed our brand and quality standards
  • Generate original creative concepts and ideas that align with project requirements and brand standards
  • Have a keen eye for composition and effectively arrange visual elements, typography, and imagery to create balanced and visually appealing designs
  • Able to use established templates to create creative pieces

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or related field
  • 5+ year of experience with graphic design
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Additional experience with photography and videography is a bonus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a thorough understanding of design principles, including branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Willing to learn new technologies, e.g. Accent Technology, a digital content management platform
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment for feedback and brainstorming.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of accountability.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize deliverables
  • Experience working in a fast paced, highly regulated, ever-changing industry
  • Superior attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication and proofreading skills
  • Must supply design samples/portfolio

Work Schedule: 


Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. Or as determined by business needs for the company.

Working Conditions:


Professional office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting, will be assigned to a work station.
