Financial Oversight:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day financial operations at the business units including the activities of direct reports.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.2.Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local and regional financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for both business units.
- Provide insightful analysis of variances and trends to support decision-making.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Partner with business units to develop and analyze key financial metrics.
- Prepare financial models and scenarios to support strategic initiatives.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance team.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate financial results and insights to local management and corporate leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles, with a focus on manufacturing
- Strong cost accounting skills and understanding
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, MS Office and ERP systems.
- Leadership and team management experience
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have 5+ years of related work experience
