Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Financial Oversight:

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day financial operations at the business units including the activities of direct reports.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.2.Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local and regional financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for both business units.
  • Provide insightful analysis of variances and trends to support decision-making.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Partner with business units to develop and analyze key financial metrics.
  • Prepare financial models and scenarios to support strategic initiatives.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance team.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate financial results and insights to local management and corporate leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles, with a focus on manufacturing
  • Strong cost accounting skills and understanding
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software, MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Leadership and team management experience

Education and/or Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or  equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have 5+ years of related work experience
