Our machine learning based models work by combining data from our customer's CRM with our proprietary technological graph and firmographic data, and reliably predict an account's propensity to buy.About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for our stakeholders. You will work closely with various teams to understand business requirements and transform data into visually compelling and meaningful reports.
Your role will also involve optimizing data models to ensure scalability and performance.Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards using data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and ensure insights align with their needs.
- Build and optimize data models to support efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within reports through rigorous testing and validation.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance of reports and dashboards to reflect evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with other data engineers and analysts to streamline data pipelines and reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in developing reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Proficiency in DAX and M query language for data manipulation and advanced calculations in Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and the ability to present complex data in a user-friendly format.
- Experience working with Python / SQL
- Solid understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
