This Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief People Officer & General Counsel, managing schedules, communication, travel arrangements, expenses and organizing, implementing, and managing program activities to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional capable of handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Niantic is a hybrid work environment. You will be required to be in the office a minimum of four days per week, Monday - Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, training and conferences.
- Serve as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed for internal and external meetings.
- Support program objectives by coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and liaising between team members and external partners.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for the assigned program, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence.
- Track program progress, manage schedules, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and provide updates regularly.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration project management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar roles.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workplace and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including asynchronous interactions with others.

The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $126,000 - $140,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
