About the Role
The KTN Recruitment Supervisor will play a critical role in leading and developing a team of recruitment and implementation professionals to expand the Kryterion Testing Network (KTN). This position demands a high level of motivation, determination, and leadership skills. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, guiding your team to meet their recruitment goals, and presenting Kryterion’s business model to potential testing centers worldwide.To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a target-driven, quick thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving results.What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment and implementation team to meet and exceed recruitment goals for expanding the Kryterion Testing Network (KTN).
- Present Kryterion’s testing center business model to prospective partners via phone and email, fostering positive business relationships.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from researching and cold calling to closing partnership agreements and onboarding new centers.
- Ensure team members follow up on leads generated from the Kryterion website and other channels.
- Search for testing center locations in regions requested by clients or candidates, guiding the team in their efforts.
- Collaborate with the KTN team to develop and implement network expansion plans aligned with company objectives.
- Manage administrative tasks, including pipeline reports, recruitment updates, and test center performance reports.
- Monitor and manage the capacity and geographical locations of current testing centers to ensure the team meets assigned quotas.
- Keep the KTN Operations Manager informed about recruitment progress through weekly reports.
- Onboard new testing centers, ensuring they are well-versed in Kryterion policies and procedures.
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of key prospective partners.

Who You Are
- A leader with a Bachelor’s degree in business management (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in internet technologies, including PC and Mac operating systems, security software, and CRM systems like Salesforce™.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based applications.
- A strong communicator with excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven with enthusiasm, integrity, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
- Experienced in leading and motivating a team to provide exceptional service and support.
- Familiar with sales pipeline management concepts, possessing exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in a help desk support center and outbound selling environment.
- Knowledge of sales pipeline management and online database mining.
