About the Role:


As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of

arrivia, providing expert guidance and assistance to our valued members. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Customer Support: Answering inbound calls, resolving inquiries, and processing bookings for cruise vacations.
  • Sales: Promoting cruise packages and upselling additional services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on cruise destinations, itineraries, and promotions.
  • Problem-Solving: Handling customer concerns and finding creative solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with travel reservation systems and computer applications.
  • Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for helping others and providing exceptional service.
