We're looking for experienced product designers with experience designing complex, high-density user interfaces for designer and developer tools. We think in systems, are passionate about user experience, and believe in making strategic decisions informed by customer feedback.
You’ll be responsible for discovering, defining, and designing experiences that attract and engage users specifically. We have many exciting new products planned that you will lead from research through implementation.Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
- Lead and manage product initiatives on the design side
- Help to improve and maintain our existing products by suggesting improvements to usability, a11y, performance, and consistency
- Understanding of user-centric design approach and promoting a common understanding of the intersection between design, business, and engineering
- Find elegant solutions to user problems, and think critically from the user's perspective.
- Prototype multiple visual and UX concepts and then narrow them to the right solution.
- Researching new findings and keeping up with the current trend could enhance the current experience
- Explain and debate the reasoning behind your product decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functioning teams to determine requirements and identify problems
- Always ensuring communications with remote teams are on track and objectives are aligned
Requirements
- Proven experience with a high-quality design portfolio
- Extensive experience in creating interactive UI elements for web
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other wireframing software
- Excellent time management skills and ability to get things done within given deadlines
- Attention to detail and always
- Ability to conduct complete UX research, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Strong designing, intuition, and understanding of screens, pages, and visual elements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to interpret complex concepts into simple and logical flows
- Good to have familiarity with front-end technologies
