Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy and Implementation
- Drive the integration of AI technologies across ManageCasa’s platform to enhance features such as predictive analytics, tenant communication, and workflow automation.
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring scalability and user-friendliness.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to conceptualize, prototype, and deploy AI-powered tools.
Engineering Leadership
- Architect and enhance software solutions that align with the company’s strategic and AI-focused goals.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and adaptability to AI advancements.
- Drive the development and implementation of engineering processes and practices that ensure the delivery of high-quality, AI-enhanced software.
Collaboration and Resource Management
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align engineering and AI strategies with business objectives.
- Manage the engineering budget, effectively allocating resources to maximize productivity, innovation, and AI development.
Technical Leadership
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices, integrating them into strategic planning.
- Act as a technical and business mentor to team members, aiding in their professional growth and development.

Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, with significant leadership responsibilities.
