As an experienced Support Desk Team Leader, we are looking for someone who really understands HOW a successful Helpdesk operation works.
Perm position – Hybrid working model [2 days based in our Droitwich office]

You will be leading a Team of 3 x Senior Technicians & 6 x Technicians who are accountable for remotely servicing, maintaining & upgrading a wireless network. Essentially your team will be responding to customer network issues whilst providing technical support and troubleshooting in order to meet deadlines and technical resolution.
Although not essential we are particularly keen to meet Support Team Leaders who may have Utilities, Telecoms, Energy, Fibre or Wireless sector experience.

What we need from you
• Established experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory based IT or Support role.• Key skills in people and individual development, managing people performance and empowering a Team to work cohesively in order to deliver an exceptional Support service.• Tech savvy with a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.• A background that demonstrates leading, coaching and overseeing Team SLA’S, targets, and how to achieve these.• We need a customer orientated individual who can respond across a wide range of business Divisions so effective communication is key.• A background working within reactive, changeable, multitasking based work environments.
