The Strategic Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of key strategic initiatives and optimizing operational processes to drive the company's growth and market readiness. This role works closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and fosters continuous improvement across the organization.This role ishybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, Toronto, ON.We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. Responsibilities:
- Execute key strategic initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives, including geographic expansion and operational optimization.

- Assist in the ERP project, ensuring effective implementation and system integration.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets.
