Reingold’s Internship Program

We can’t wait for you to join us!Internships are full time (40 hours) during the standard workweek and pay an hourly rate of $20. The 2025 spring internship class begins on Thursday, January 23, and runs through Friday, May 9. Core hours during the internship are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern time. The spring internship requires in-office attendance at our Alexandria location five days a week.
Reingold’s Project Management Office Analyst Intern
Reingold is hiring a project management office (PMO) analyst intern to support a portfolio of projects’ financial management, reporting, and project management.A PMO analyst intern will be expended to:
- Research, catalogue, and validate project expenses.
- Assist the project team with travel regulations and policies.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures.
- Ensure quality control for deliverables.
- Collaborate on process improvements across workstream teams and departments.
- Assist the project team with various financial project management tasks.
- Develop financial management tools.
- Support project reporting efforts.
We’re looking for interns with the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and graphs.
- Ability to prioritize and complete work independently and efficiently.
- Critical thinking skills, with a mindset for both the big picture and the small details.
- Strong organizational skills, including a reputation for being extremely detail oriented.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude.
- Capacity to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bonus points for:
- Understanding of federal travel regulations (FTRs) and per diem.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Monday.com.
- Experience reviewing invoices and receipts.
- An interest in government contracting and compliance.
