Reingold’s Internship Program

You’ll learn the ins and outs of your department, work as a valued member of project teams, and collaborate with experts in various departments. We can’t wait for you to join us!Internships are full time (40 hours) during the standard workweek and pay an hourly rate of $20. The 2025 spring internship class begins on Thursday, January 23, and runs through Friday, May 9. Core hours during the internship are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern time. The spring internship requires in-office attendance at our Alexandria location five days a week.
What It Means To Be a Digital Project Management Intern
Are you constantly looking for ways to improve how things are run? Do you take the lead on group projects and break out tasks and timelines? Do you have an eye for detail as well as a big-picture perspective? Do you want to learn more about digital marketing agencies and expand your skills? If so, then Reingold may be the place for you!As a digital project manager intern, you will explore the ins and outs of working at a digital agency. While this is not a technical role and no development experience is required, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, user experience experts, and digital optimization specialists, to ensure project success.
You will strengthen your management skills while working with the larger team to deliver web products. You will work with team members who are eager to help you learn valuable new skills and advance your career.We encourage go-getters and value interns who take the initiative in shaping their Reingold experience.
The digital project manager intern will be expected to:
- Support a full-time digital project manager in working with clients to gather and document project requirements.
- Manage day-to-day internal team task assignments and communication.
- Support client and internal product owners in prioritizing the product features and tasks.
- Create and maintain timelines and project roadmaps for the team.
- Draft and finalize project documentation, inclusive of template and component specifications.
- Produce and maintain documentation of tasks, inclusive of items like execution information and meeting minutes.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure that they meet a high standard.
- Track budget and project health.
- Manage task coordination across cross-functional design and development teams.
- Lead a range of internal meetings, as well as attend and contribute to client meetings.
- Set agendas and take notes during meetings.
- Conduct research on new integrations and tech possibilities.
- Perform ad hoc tasks, depending on your skills and our needs.
We’re looking for interns with the following qualifications and skills:
- Mastery of the English language with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally.
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring that critical responsibilities are handled promptly and thoroughly.
- Experience in navigating ambiguity or incomplete information by using logic and reasoning to make decisions.
- Ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively devise solutions to mitigate risks or barriers.
- Experience leading teams or projects, with a track record of successfully guiding teams toward achieving goals and objectives.
- Keen attention to detail when analyzing data or reviewing information to ensure accuracy and avoid oversight.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Openness to feedback, with a strong desire to continuously learn, improve, and acquire new skills in response to changing environments.
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), the Agile software development process, and specific content management systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus.
