We are currently seeking a Chief of Staff to join our team in Washington D.C. In this role, you will act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leaders, functioning as an internal consultant to streamline priorities, facilitate decision-making, and drive organizational effectiveness. You will leverage your expertise in management consulting to develop insightful dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven strategies across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leaders to identify and prioritize key strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track progress on strategic goals, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Conduct thorough analyses to inform decision-making and present findings in compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Support change management initiatives, guiding teams through transitions and fostering a culture of adaptability.
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and collaboration among various departments.
- Prepare briefing materials and reports for executive meetings, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams, acting as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- At least 4-8 years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of advising executives and driving organizational change.
- Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; ability to create compelling presentations and insightful data visualizations.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and experience leading change initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
