What You’ll Do to Shape the Future of Stride
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Marketing Manager who is not only passionate about developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns but also eager to shape the Stride brand presence in the market, driving demand for our outstanding services. The ideal candidate should be a versatile self-starter, equally adept at managing day-to-day activities and envisioning long-term strategic initiatives, all while leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making. This role requires someone who can blend creativity with a metrics-driven approach to maximize the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and drive measurable results.The key capabilities for this position are as follows:
Generating Inbound Leads: Utilize a mix of digital marketing channels (email, social media, website) and activities to generate inbound leads.
End-to-End Campaign Management: Build, design, and lead the execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion across various channels (email, social media, website). Develop and manage campaigns using HubSpot, create email marketing initiatives, manage LinkedIn and Google ads, and develop BDR content to generate demand. Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints throughout the prospect and customer lifecycle. Leverage internal resources and foster collaboration to optimize campaign performance and maximize impact.
Strategic Marketing Analytics: Create, maintain, and analyze reporting across various platforms, extracting key insights to shape future campaigns and go-to-market strategies. Review marketing activities reporting to better understand ROI and make data-driven changes. Provide formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
Event Management: Lead Stride's participation in industry events. Plan and execute events end-to-end, measure the success of events, and leverage them for lead generation and brand awareness. This includes working with our leadership to identify the right events, supporting event negotiation, leading event logistics setup, ordering event supplies, and analyzing event performance.
Brand Awareness and Thought Leadership: Manage Stride's social media presence (LinkedIn, X, etc.), collaborate with the team to create thought leadership content, and update the Stride website.
Collaborative Innovation: Partner with internal teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics. Work closely with BDRs to create effective content and support their efforts in lead generation.

If so, you'll have the following skills and qualifications:
4 to 5 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, maintain, and analyze marketing reports across various platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
A metrics-driven marketing mindset coupled with a keen eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation, specifically with HubSpot or similar marketing email tools.
Experience with Google ad campaigns
Experience with social media presence management
Also, you'll preferably have:
A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field
Proficiency in developing and executing multichannel marketing strategies
Experience in the tech consulting or software development industry
Experience with content creation and thought leadership development
Familiarity with GenAI and its applications in marketing
Some previous experience with event logistics
A willingness to travel for industry events

While we are a remote-first company and you can work from home or any location of your choice, we are seeking to hire someone ideally in EST or CST. We anticipate this role to have meaningful in-person activities and co-working opportunities.
This role may require occasional travel to industry trade shows & meet clients
Compensation:
The annual base salary for this role ranges between $85,000-$110,000 with OTE $93,000-$118,000
The wage range for this role considers the factors considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs
