$50,000 - $55,000 base with annual bonus potential of $25,000+ based on volume.  Bonus paid monthly!

Position Summary


The Home Marketing Consultant will work closely with our Customer Solutions, Renovations, and Disposition teams to deliver critical insights that drive the successful management and sale of our properties. This key role will also meet our customers on-site to educate them on the home-selling process, explaining our suite of services, and address any questions they may have. This hands-on approach ensures a seamless and informed experience for our customers, ultimately contributing to the overall success of each property.

Essential Functions 


  • Perform on-site property evaluation for homes Offerpad is purchasing
  • Educate our customers about our services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the homeowners 
  • Provide accurate detailed reports
  • Adhere to strict timelines and sense of urgency
  • Identify repairs that need to be made to home
  • Make recommendations to upgrade the homes features to maximize profitability
  • Take professional pictures and write reports that document findings to the Inspections team
  • Quality control inspection at completion of renovations
  • Visit listed properties, and define best strategy to get the home sold

Minimum Qualifications


  • 3+ years of inspecting and evaluating residential real estate properties, or relevant work-related experience 
  • Must be organized & able to prioritize
  • Strong analytical skills to assess property conditions accurately
  • Outstanding 'can do' attitude
  • Works well in a deadline driven environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Road Warrior with knowledge of the Metro area

Preferred Qualifications 


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Real estate license strongly preferred
