What you will do:
As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for all technical activities with current customers while they integrate with Merge, including leading implementation projects, problem-solving and leading workshops. You’ll work closely with engineering and platform teams to prioritize customer feature requests, squash bugs, and help strategize on our product roadmap. Projects you’ll work on as a Solutions Architect will be high value and high impact, with increased levels of internal and external visibility.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Lead as the key technical contact for customers and partners as they integrate Merge products
- Take ownership of technical customer relationships and ensure a seamless developer experience
- Work with engineering and platform teams to highlight any product improvements based on customer insights
- Onboard new customers by providing technical demonstrations and training
- Create the foundation for a successful and rapidly growing solutions architecture team!
What experience is required?
- 6+ years in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or software engineering
- Prior experience working on highly technical products at startups is highly preferred
- Track record of robust stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
- Computer science background or other technical/quantitative orientation
- Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and great attention to detail
Compensation
- The cash compensation range for this role is $160,000-175,000 base salary.
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package.
