Casper Canada is a leading sleep company that was initially launched in the US in 2014 with one perfect mattress that was sold directly to consumers. Its line of obsessively engineered sleep products has expanded to include sheets, pillows, bed frames, and a dog mattress. In 2023, Casper joined Sleep Country Canada's family of brands.
Our small and highly collaborative Canadian team is looking to add a passionate, dynamic and creative copywriter who can connect with our customer base through multiple channels. Our ideal candidate is team-oriented, collaborative, curious, innovative, and able to easily adapt to rapid changes in consumer preferences. Our ideal candidate has keen attention to detail, a strong ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas, and is highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Create compelling, brand-aligned copy across a variety of platforms, including our website, social media, email campaigns, ads, product packaging, print materials, and more. Ensure that each message is tailored to its medium, while maintaining consistency with Casper’s distinctive tone of voice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to create integrated campaigns that reflect our brand’s values and objectives. Ensure all content is cohesive, creative, and aligned with Casper’s brand standards
- Support SEO-driven content initiatives like blog posts and affiliate marketing materials to drive traffic, improve search visibility, and increase engagement
- Contribute to and evolve our Brand Voice Guide, ensuring that internal and external content remains unified, authentic, and on-brand.
- Edit and proofread all content with a keen eye for detail, ensuring everything is error-free, polished, and aligned with our brand messaging
- Collaborate with the web team to keep website copy current, engaging, and optimized for user experience
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, consistently maintaining creativity and attention to detail
- Stay ahead of content trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas that align with the evolving digital landscape
- Bonus: Fluency in both English and French is an asset, particularly for engaging Quebec-based audiences and connecting with diverse communities
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of professional advertising copywriting experience, either on the agency side or in-house. You are comfortable crafting content across a wide range of formats—from digital and social media to print and product copy
- You thrive on big ideas and creatively collaborating on campaign concepts.
- You have a portfolio of exciting ideas brought to life through thoughtful creativity

- Bilingualism a plus
