We're looking for Residential Customer Service Representatives who will canvass local neighborhoods to talk with current and potential customers about Renewal by Andersen's products and services.This is the perfect role for those who are currently in the retail, hospitality or restaurant/fast food industries who want to start something new and exciting! We provide on the job training to get you started in the field and offer a supportive atmosphere for you to grow in your career.

If you are good with people, energetic, and have a positive attitude then we will teach you the necessary tools and skill sets to succeed.

What you will be doing:


  • Daily arriving at our local office
  • Attending a daily meeting with the team, leads and manager discussing the day’s plan and yesterday’s results
  • Approaching homeowners and speaking with them about their window and patio doors, our marketers generate leads through traditional door-to-door outreach
  • Setting appointments for our professional sales representatives to provide demonstrations
