Stacks
Technician I to join our team. The Assembler is responsible for constructing repeatable battery assemblies and components in our in our Stacks department. This person may be asked to perform other duties determined by the dynamic needs of a fast-growing, start-up environment.
What you'll do at ESS.
- Construct, assemble, and quality test assemblies.
- Use hand or powered tools for the assembly of components.
- Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment per pre-defined procedures to evaluate performance of assemblies and record results.
- Work with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers to improve assembly process and quality.
- Perform in-process quality control inspections per pre-defined procedures to ensure the quality of the work performed and the functionality of the components and/or modules.
- Maintain clean working environment and give input for floor organization and flow.
What you bring to the table.
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with dynamic daily priorities.

- Ability to fluently read and write English, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
