We're looking for an Exceptional Agile Coach to lead our globally distributed engineering teams.
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and optimizing Agile processes across multiple teams and time zones. Your leadership will enhance our end-to-end delivery motion.Join us to transform how leading healthcare companies operate.
Your Role:
- Lead Agile Transformation: Champion Agile methodologies across the organization, facilitating Scrum of Scrums for our globally distributed teams.
- Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization.
- Facilitate Communication: Bridge gaps between teams operating in different time zones, ensuring seamless collaboration and information flow.
- Optimize Processes: Assess and refine Agile practices to enhance efficiency and productivity, tailoring approaches to suit distributed teams.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve cross-team obstacles that hinder progress, enabling teams to deliver value consistently.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Technical Product Managers, Engineers, leadership, and other stakeholders to align team efforts with strategic objectives.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master, specifically with globally distributed teams.
- Proven track record of leading Agile transformations and facilitating Scrum of Scrums.
- Certified Agile Coach (e.g., ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF) or equivalent Agile certifications.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and best practices.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or with AI/machine learning projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire remote teams.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate cultural differences and foster inclusivity within diverse teams.

California Salary Range $125,000—$160,000 USD
