Base Hourly Rate: $26/hr with a 10% shift differential to take effect following the initial 6-week training period's completion

Our products include sterilization and cleaning monitoring, mail in spore testing, and continuous monitoring products to name a few. Our services include validation and calibration services, sterilization cycle development and validation, and contract laboratory testing. Key Job Responsibilities:
- Model personal Lean Philosophy 5S behaviors in creating a continuously improving, clean, well-organized, and self-maintaining work environment. Work closely with team members and others to motivate and improve 5S knowledge and implementation
- Actively participate in site TPM transformation efforts
- Complete required documentation for repairs (work orders, equipment logbooks, etc.)
- Comply with company ethics, code of conduct, policies, and best practices, with a commitment to safety in the workplace, valuing of diversity, and promotion of a harassment-free environment
- Perform skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and process control systems
- Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production-related mechanical components and electrical system in accordance with SOPs, internal requirements, manufacturer’s specifications, and safety policies
- Assists with recommending and implementing equipment improvements to drive efficiency, capacity, and yield gains
- Assists the maintenance team to develop methods and procedures to improve facility efficiency and workflow
- Assists the maintenance team troubleshoot complex problems with production departments, sub-contractors, suppliers, and customers
- Assist manufacturing engineers by driving improvements in equipment performance
- Adopt and promote a high energy culture that stresses close communication and teamwork among all departments
- Assist the maintenance team in providing subject matter expertise for evaluating existing/new equipment and best practices
- Recommend revisions to standard operating procedures as needed
- Assist employees with work process issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- High School graduation or equivalent required
- Experience with TPM preferred
- Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment required
- PLC experience preferred
- 3rd Class Boiler Operator license preferred or must be able to obtain within 1st year
- Experience in a Federal Drug Administration (FDA) regulated industry preferred.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) preferred
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Problem solving/analysis
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Schedule for this position will be M-F standard hours for the first 6 weeks of training, followed by a transition to either a Friday-Monday shift schedule of 6am - 4:30pm or Friday-Sunday shift schedule of 6am-6:30pm once training is complete.
