Position Summary:
Deputy is searching for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to fill a key role in our marketing organization. This person will develop and execute region-specific plans to generate new leads and accelerate the existing pipeline. This includes the planning and execution of in-person and online events, digital campaigns, and sponsorships at industry events. This is a cross-functional role across the sales team and marketing organization. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, can manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders, and understands the strategic big picture to bring the right resources together.
They must also have impeccable event planning and project management skills and the ability to deliver an amazing experience within budget. Not only will this role collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to create engaging and innovative experiences, but this role will also be instrumental in architecting engaging follow-up to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Amplify Deputy’s brand while driving pipeline and revenue through thought leadership, brand awareness, and lead generation events, with a focus on engaging prospects.
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy specific to each region, collaborating with Marketing Operations to determine success metrics, track/analyze results, and optimize for future initiatives.
- Own direct mail testing and referral marketing initiatives, experimenting with innovative approaches to drive results.
- Manage program development targeted at specific customer attributes and characteristics, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to develop tailored messaging and content that resonates with prospects and drives engagement in webinars, direct mail efforts, and campaigns.
- Research and identify industry events (in-person and virtual) that align with lead generation and brand-building goals. Set attendee targets and create promotional strategies to drive strong event attendance.
- Serve as the onsite lead for Deputy at major events, engaging prospects and executives and ensuring effective event execution.
- Manage post-event follow-up, including lead nurturing and sales handoff, while analyzing event performance to provide data-driven insights and optimize future strategies.
- Partner with external vendors and industry partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and programs.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver marketing programs on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and marketing technologies to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnel and tactics.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, focusing on events, webinars, and integrated campaigns.
- Proven track record of successfully managing virtual and in-person events from strategy to execution.
- Experience with referral marketing and direct mail initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience in using analytics to measure campaign performance.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors
- Comfortable working with remote teams located around the world.
- Experience using internal reporting tools like Salesforce and Marketo or similar applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
$86,000 - $119,000 a yearThe pay range for this position takes into account multiple factors that are all considered to determine an individual candidate’s starting pay. These factors include but are not limited to: market factors, experience, technical and non-technical skills, education, certifications, and other business acumen. This range does not include any potential incentive programs, such as individual or organizational performance bonuses.
