Our ambition is to build a world-class investing experience that is fast, frictionless, rewarding, and reliable. We are early in this journey and, as the Senior Product Manager for Options, you will play a key role in developing and executing the strategy to get us there. You will partner with design and engineering to understand our clients’ needs, develop prototypes, ship, analyze data, interview clients, and iterate on product features. 

In this role, you will:


  • Contribute to defining an ambitious product vision for your product domain
  • Lead the planning, development, and launch of new product experiences that continuously raise the bar on quality
  • Collaborate closely with  Engineering and Design to deliver impactful projects with a do-what-it-takes mentality 
  • Break down complex, behind-the-scenes projects into discrete phases that deliver value to clients and the business incrementally.
  • Participate in the planning, prioritization, development, and launch of products and features 
  • Conduct hands-on analysis to understand the client experience to inform and support product decisions 
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive team culture.
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover problems, identify unmet needs, and validate potential solutions.

Skills we are looking for:


  • 5+ year track record of building and shipping products that customers love
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive impact in a fast-paced environment 
  • A shipping mentality. We don't believe in spending forever analyzing and debating. The best way to validate something is to ship it — so let's ship it, learn, and iterate.
  • Ability to set the pace for work independently, biasing towards action to drive projects forward
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform prioritization decisions

  • Curiosity and a thirst for learning. You dig deep into any problem you encounter until you’ve cracked the nut on what’s really important. You ask “why?” a lot. Like, a lot.
  • Analytical skills to pull your own data, analyze it, and draw meaningful insights from it. 
  • Discerning taste for what constitutes a great product experience 
  • Proven ability to turn complex problems into simple experiences.
  • Strong understanding of how design, product and engineering can work together to ship high quality experiences quickly and at scale.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and project direction to internal teams and stakeholders.
