  • Serve as a dedicated resource for homeowners and real estate agents exploring Offerpad's solutions.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads with a sense of urgency and proactive follow-up.
  • Build rapport with clients, understand their home-selling needs, and discuss Offerpad products and services.
  • Convert inquiries into signed offers and listings, delivering a customer experience that reflects Offerpad's commitment to excellence.
  • Act as the representative of homeowners, providing valuable insights to enhance our product and marketing efforts.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with multiple divisions, business groups, and teams involved in the home-selling process.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Active Real Estate License Required
  • Willingness to obtain additional licenses based on business need.
  • 4+ years sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, inclusive of active listening skills, and a positive and energetic phone demeanor
  • Extremely self-motivated, results oriented and with a diligent work ethic.
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
  • Ability to work independently, in team settings, and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Available to work weekends and evenings (homeowners need us in the morning, at night and on the weekends!) 
  • Proven multi-tasker who excels in fast-paced environments. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions.
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to review, summarize, and report findings, and recommendations.
  • Intermediate-level technology experience (ie. Microsoft Office, etc.)
