What you’ll do:
Joining our team means you will play a key role in optimizing our lead generation and customer acquisition strategies. Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns and ads, ensuring alignment with our user acquisition goals and budget efficiencies by ensuring optimal allocation across various channels to maximize ROI and forecasting campaign expenditures to adjust allocations based on performance metrics and strategic priorities.
Monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROI, and LTV, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and strategic recommendations.
Expand our marketing reach by identifying, evaluating, and managing new advertising channels, including paid social media platforms and niche platforms specific to the mortgage industry, to drive user acquisition and maximize engagement.
Analyzing user behavior (both quantitatively and qualitatively) to understand user motivations and translating that into actionable insights to drive lead generation and conversion on landing pages, ad copy and ad creative.
Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses on user needs and preferences, optimizing landing page layouts and messaging to enhance conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align marketing strategies with product development and sales objectives, ensuring a unified approach across all customer touchpoints and driving integrated growth initiatives.
Who you are:
You have 3+ years of Director or VP experience in performance marketing field, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
Experience managing budget of $150k+ per month
Extensive experience with PPC, paid social media, and affiliate ads
Adept at analyzing user data and interpreting it to enhance the user journey and increase conversions.
You are experienced with Google Ads and have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Proficient with additional paid marketing channels and eager to explore new avenues for lead generation.
You’re an exceptional communicator who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have: Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
You must reside near Columbus, OH or Queens, NY.
