As a Software Development Manager, you will be part of a leadership team responsible for coaching and mentoring talented software developers working in an agile SaaS environment. You will directly impact and influence product delivery, team growth and employee engagement.Our developer-focused team culture encourages our engineers to be self motivated and self directed.   • Lead, grow, mentor and support your development team(s). 
  • Work closely with your team(s) Product Manager and Architect to define your team(s) roadmap and goals. 
  • Build, support and enhance our culture of inclusion in 1:1s and team settings. 
  • Deliver our product roadmaps by guiding development teams to embrace the highest of standards of quality and consistent delivery. 
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Customer Support, Customer Success, Product Management, and Professional Services.
  • Lead by example and foster an environment of continuous improvement, feedback, and accountability. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Does this sound like you?:

  • 3+ years managing a development team 
  • 5+ years software development experience on server-side code 
  • Demonstrated ability to mitigate risks in software development lifecycle 
  • Experience executing a SaaS product roadmap and improving software delivery 
  • Experience with developer recruitment, mentoring, and professional growth 
  • Experience with Agile Software Development 
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience delivering scalable system that serves other components
  • Experience with building API strategy and API architecture
  • Experience with managing geo distributed team across different time zones
