As a Software Development Manager, you will be part of a leadership team responsible for coaching and mentoring talented software developers working in an agile SaaS environment. You will directly impact and influence product delivery, team growth and employee engagement.Our developer-focused team culture encourages our engineers to be self motivated and self directed. - Lead, grow, mentor and support your development team(s).
- Work closely with your team(s) Product Manager and Architect to define your team(s) roadmap and goals.
- Build, support and enhance our culture of inclusion in 1:1s and team settings.
- Deliver our product roadmaps by guiding development teams to embrace the highest of standards of quality and consistent delivery.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Customer Support, Customer Success, Product Management, and Professional Services.
- Lead by example and foster an environment of continuous improvement, feedback, and accountability.
- Other duties as assigned.

- 3+ years managing a development team
- 5+ years software development experience on server-side code
- Demonstrated ability to mitigate risks in software development lifecycle
- Experience executing a SaaS product roadmap and improving software delivery
- Experience with developer recruitment, mentoring, and professional growth
- Experience with Agile Software Development
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience delivering scalable system that serves other components
- Experience with building API strategy and API architecture
- Experience with managing geo distributed team across different time zones
