Position overview:


Do you love writing and analyzing data? Do you want the opportunity to shape and execute award-winning content? If so, DISQO is looking for you. Join our Brand and Communications team to drive DISQO’s thought leadership initiatives, including developing and promoting comprehensive reports on the industry’s most exciting trends, writing and posting blog articles and social media content, and managing our public relations efforts.The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and skilled at what they do, bringing enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to go above and beyond what’s asked of them.

What you will do:


  • Collaborate on content strategy development that aligns with the company’s goals and contributes to lead generation, overseeing a strategic editorial calendar that caters to our different customer personas
  • Conceive, research, create, and promote insightful reports on industry trends, market research, and company-specific data.
  • Write and publish engaging and informative blog articles to enhance our thought leadership position, while integrating SEO principles
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on Linkedin, Facebook, and Instagram by crafting compelling content and engaging with our audience.
  • Oversee public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, pitching and coordinating with business and trade media outlets to secure coverage.
  • Manage submissions for product and employer-based awards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch content via paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Design surveys and work with internal teams on fielding; analyze findings to generate actionable insights and integrate them into content pieces.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of content initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the content library on our internal content collaboration space and sales enablement platform 

What you bring to the role:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Proven experience in content strategy, creation, and writing, and communications strategy and execution.
  • 4-5 years of experience in content development for B2B SaaS technology companies.
  • Proficiency with using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper.ai) and the ability to leverage these tools for ideation, content production, and optimizing workflows, while maintaining individuality and creativity.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, SQL experience a plus
  • Basic understanding of diverse market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with Hubspot or other content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and project management software such as Asana
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles.
  • Adtech industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

$75,000 - $100,000 a yearThis is a structured hybrid role based out of our Glendale, CA or New York, NY offices.
