Job Description:
Who you are:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage or financial services recruiting
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending terminology and recruiting processes
- Familiarity with various recruiting CRM’s
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting candidates
- Ability to cold call potential applicants
- Strong interpersonal – communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and relationship building skills
- Dynamic personality and the ability to generate excitement when working with others
- Strong phone skills and the ability to overcome objections
What you’ll do
- Manage all aspects of the sales recruitment life cycle including but not limited to candidate sourcing, prospecting, production evaluation and candidate screening.
- Maintain a recruiting database using company CRM and proprietary technology.
- Ability to utilize multiple recruiting platforms to gather information on candidates.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, managers and executives.
- Ability to clearly explain the company value proposition in a away that provides transparency and excites candidates.
- Partner with company executives to provide an elite hands-on recruiting experience throughout the entirety of the recruiting process.
- The ability to clearly identify the areas of importance for each candidate.

Compensation:
- Salary + Bonus
- Salary base range: $70k - $80k
- 1st year earning potential: $300k+
