Organization Overview 


Founded in 2004, Brilliant Corners provides innovative housing and housing-related services to California’s most vulnerable individuals, with an emphasis on those transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness or institutionalization. We develop, own, and manage multi-family supportive housing and licensed residential care homes. We implement a broad array of scattered-site, one-on-one supportive housing, and clinical case management programs through partnerships with developmental services, homeless services, veterans’ services, and health care sectors. In short, we do good work. We have offices statewide with a staff of passionate people.

Position Summary:


Brilliant Corners is a dynamic non-profit organization committed to providing innovative housing solutions to individuals experiencing institutionalization, homelessness and housing insecurity. As we continue to expand our impact, we are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise resource planning system that will enhance our efficiency and sustainability across all organizational functions.We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Project Manager to join our team for a time-limited engagement.

This role will be pivotal in guiding our organization through the transition to an ERP system that supports our work across HR, Finance, Contract Management, and other critical functions. Requirements


Key Responsibilities:

Assessment Phase:


  • Lead an organization-wide assessment of current systems and processes to identify areas
  • for improvement and alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders across all departments to gather requirements, pain points, and
  • future needs.
  • Conduct a gap analysis to determine the functionalities required in a new ERP system.

System Selection Phase:


  • Research and evaluate ERP solutions that align with our organizational needs, budget, and scalability.
  • Facilitate vendor demonstrations and RFP processes to select the most suitable ERP system.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the ERP Committee and senior leadership.

Implementation Phase:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for ERP implementation, including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Monitor the implementation process, address challenges, and ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Post-Implementation Support:


  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the initial rollout period.
  • Develop documentation and training materials to ensure long-term sustainability and expertise within the organization.
  • Assess the ERP system’s impact on organizational efficiency and suggest continuous
  • improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in leading ERP implementation projects, preferably within the non-profit sector.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, including modules for HR, Finance, Contract
  • Management, and other core functions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build consensus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is preferred.

Candidates should have physical mobility for tasks such as standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, twisting, and walking on uneven surfaces. They should be capable of performing stationary tasks like sitting for up to 6 to 8 hours a day.  Additionally, candidates should be able to lift, carry, push, pull light to moderate weights up to 15 pounds safely.
