Full-timeDescriptionJoin our team in Marysville! Renewal by Andersen is hiring Window and Door Installers at all experience levels.
Schedule, Pay and Benefits:
- Full-time
- Monday - Friday with possible overtime
- $20-$32 hourly range for entry-level to mid-level Installers, depending on experience
- $32-$55 hourly range for lead-level Installers, depending on experience
- Medical/Dental/Vision plus supplementary benefits available
- PTO accrual of 14 days annually
- 8 paid holidays with an additional holiday off of your choice
- 401k with 4% employer match
We provide the following:
- On the job training needed to succeed in this role
- Redwing boot voucher up to $150
- Company branded sweatshirts, tees and hats
- Safety bag, including fall and eye protection and cut gloves and sleeves
- 10 key tools to start the job
- Employer-provided job materials and PPE
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Replacing windows and doors on residential homes
- Working on a team to complete jobs
- Hands-on work with the ability to take instruction well and use power tools
Requirements
Qualifications:
- General construction experience, 1+ years
- Customer service experience, in-home customer facing experience
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
- Ability to use power tools (e.g., skill/circular saw, miter saw, framing nailers/nail guns)
- Previous window experience preferred, but not required
- Problem solving skills
- Good attitude
- Team player
- Pre-employment steps will include a DOT Physical which includes a drug screening, Background Screening and Driving Record Review
Physical demands:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Walk and stand on uneven surfaces
- Lift and carry at least 70 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders 40ft in height or greater
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
