Job Overview


The Sales Operations Specialist will split their focus between directly supporting sales teams with day-to-day questions or issue resolution and implementing scalable processes to enhance the customer experience through automation and value reinforcement.  

What you’ll bring to the table: (Responsibilities) 


    Servicing-at-Scale Initiatives:


o    Partner with the Director of Client Relations to create reports that track call center performance against defined KPIso    Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation in customer service and operations support.o    Implement automated outreach programs aimed at reinforcing the value of products and services to existing customers.o    Support the development and execution of scalable strategies to streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and reduce manual processes.o    Continuously analyze performance data from automated initiatives, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.

Process Improvement and Automation: 


o    Partner with sales, marketing, and client services teams to align on servicing initiatives that ensure consistent messaging to customerso    Communicate effectively across departments to ensure implementation of operational initiatives.o    Own analytics to support sales operations and service improvements, identify trends, and focus on proactive service enablement. 

 Sales Division Support: 


o    Assist with operations support for the sales organization, handling day-to-day questions and providing operational assistance.o    Collaborate with sales leadership to drive adoption on tools and processes built for sales to meet their targets and enhance productivity.o    Represent Revenue Operations in divisional and regional meetings as needed.

Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or equivalent combination of experience & education.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations role with at least 2 years directly supporting an outside sales function and leveraging technology & automation to streamline processes
  • Project management experience or certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 
  • Working familiarity with process automation and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, ZenDesk, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data to drive decision-making and process improvements; Salesforce and DOMO reporting experience preferred.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized, flexible, self-motivated, and willing to learn and accept challenges.
  • Thrive in fast paced and constantly changing work environment.
  • Exhibit an established track record of delivering results on time.
  • Responsive to the needs of the department and can tackle various responsibilities.
  • High regard for industry compliance and maintaining and safeguarding confidential information.
