Our Software Team is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developers to help us in our mission to make pilots safer.
The Full Stack Developer’s role is to help us architect and build an easy-to-use, performant frontend web-based application to drive our simulator’s ICD.
The Hybrid Work requirement for this role is 2 days per week in-office at the Company’s South San Francisco office, while the remaining 3 days per week may be worked remotely from a home office.
United States citizenship is required due to restrictions on access to certain export controlled data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical decisions and guide architectural discussions.
- Develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React, Vue, or Flutter.
- Partner with UI/UX Designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Implement real-time, bidirectional communication features using WebSockets for live data streaming and updates.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, security and scalability, ensuring efficient data transfer between frontend and backend.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full stack software development experience.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field involving coding or equivalent practical experience.
- Expertise in React, Vue, or Flutter for building modern, interactive web applications.
- Strong experience with WebSockets.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating them with frontend applications.
- Ability to work with export controlled technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and front-end optimization techniques.
- Strong programming skills with C and C++ languages
$120,000 - $160,000 a yearThe pay scale for this role is between $120,000 - $160,000. The range is specific to CALIFORNIA and may not be applicable to other locations.
