Job Summary


Big Health is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to execute on enrollment driving marketing initiatives. This role will is responsible for driving enrollments to our suite of products within the B2B2C and DTC (patient) spaces and will play a critical role in the supporting the technical aspects of building and executing HTML email campaigns in addition to other campaign channels such as SMS, push notifications, direct mail and landing page updates.

Responsibilities


  • Become a customer enrollment expert specializing in cross-channel marketing, customer journeys and personalization tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including enterprise marketing, customer success, creative and product to execute campaigns that achieve business objectives and deliver measurable results
  • Martech Oversight: Assist in shaping the martech stack inclusive of implementing new tools into the stack, partnering with ProdEng on data architecture into Iterable
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the build, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push, landing pages and direct mail.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor funnel performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of funnel activities inclusive of channel health.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to improve funnel performance, experiment with different approaches, and implement best practices.
  • Technology Management: Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to manage the funnel and track customer journeys.

Requirements


  • At least 3 years experience in Lifecycle or email marketing role in a B2B2C (or DTC space highly preferred) 
  • Experience with Iterable is required–strong expertise in developing handlebar logic and leveraging Iterable’s suite of product features to build efficient, scalable campaigns
  • Experience with updating landing page HTML/CSS is required
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS for email
  • Proven success at increasing conversion rates and messaging engagement via lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong domain knowledge of email, push, in-app, and SMS marketing channels
  • Experience with and understanding of lifecycle experimentation including A/B and multivariate testing
  • Experience developing strategies inclusive of tactical plan development, brief writing and execution
  • Analytical chops to define success criteria, analyze data and surface actionable insights
  • Track record of strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Team player mentality; develops strong relationships with cross-functional partners and clearly communicates
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital therapeutics or medical devices
  • Experience with Webflow a plus
  • Prior experience in tech startup a plus

$115,000 - $145,000 a yearPlease note that the compensation details listed above for US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Additional compensation may include benefits, variable pay, discretionary bonuses, and equity.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
