Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Senior Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the Pharma Analytics and AI market. You will be responsible for creating and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in B2B marketing, particularly within the US tech services sector, and understands the unique needs and expectations of this market.
Key Responsibilities:
- US Market Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy designed to penetrate the US B2B tech-enabled services market. Focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and market share growth.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media) to generate leads and nurture them through the buying cycle, tailoring strategies to the specific needs of US decision-makers.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Lead content marketing initiatives, creating valuable resources (blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies) that address the pain points and decision-making processes of US-based B2B tech buyers.
- SEO/SEM Management: Manage search engine marketing (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and optimize for organic search (SEO) to drive traffic from US-based prospects, ensuring campaigns align with the nuances of the US tech services industry.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Implement and manage marketing automation systems to deliver personalized, targeted content and streamline lead nurturing processes, ensuring proper alignment with US-based sales teams.
- Website Management & CRO: Oversee the company’s website and ensure it is optimized for conversion (CRO), with a specific focus on the US audience. Ensure messaging resonates with decision-makers in the US tech services market.
- Market-Specific Analytics: Analyze performance data specific to the US market (traffic, conversions, lead quality, and ROI) and use insights to continually optimize campaigns. Provide regular reports to leadership and adjust strategies to ensure market relevance.
- Collaboration with Sales: Partner closely with US-based sales teams to align marketing initiatives with their sales goals, ensuring a seamless handoff between marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Social media: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, specifically targeting US-based tech decision-makers. Leverage social listening to stay informed about US industry trends and competitor activities.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage a marketing budget, with a focus on maximizing ROI in the US market. Leverage cost-effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable results in a competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with proven experience in the US B2B tech-enabled services market
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies specifically targeted to US-based businesses
- Proven experience in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns for the US market
- Experience working with US-based B2B buyer personas, particularly in tech and service industries
- Expertise with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), with a focus on nurturing US leads
- Strong understanding of the US B2B buying cycle and key decision-making factors within the tech services sector
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a deep understanding of US market expectations and business culture
- Highly analytical, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other data-driven platforms to measure campaign success and optimize for the US market
- Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams in the US
