 You will establish a comprehensive understanding of client expectations and business processes and then architect and manage a plan to meet those goals. This position may involve travel. Coordinate with Client PM to own scope, schedule, budget and coordinate with Neocol team resources accordinglyWork with internal and Client team members to successfully achieve project objectivesWork with other Neocol Project Managers to share resources across projects and maintain forecastsClear and effective communication on risks, scope changes, and an understanding of change management techniques and processesProper escalation and support provided for internal resource needs and oversightOur Core Values in ActionCollaboration: Across all key stakeholders (employees, partners, customers), it is essential that we work together, as a team, to drive value in every interaction and implementation.Creativity: We enjoy getting creative in the way we solution with our customers, work with our teammates, and drive value with our partners.Trust: It is important that Neocol operate in a fun, open, and ethical environment.

Trust is key to our culture.Ownership: We are an environment focused on results and each individual has critical metrics that they are responsible for in order to help our customers and our organization.Passionate: Care about what you do, why you do it, and the impact that it has our customers, employees, and partners.Required Qualifications2-3 years of Project Management experience delivering projects in a consultant capacityFamiliarity with technical solutions utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologiesComfortable with maintaining high utilization in multiple fast paced projectsStrong written, verbal and presentation communication skillsMust be fluent in English - Speak, Read, Write, and UnderstandPreferred QualificationsPM Tool Experience: Salesforce and reporting capabilities, JIRA, Smartsheet, Slack, Google WorkspaceUnderstanding of Salesforce CPQ, data migrations, integrations required, Salesforce Billing experienceScrum Master and/or PMP certificationsAbility to see situations from all aspects and articulate solutions clearly for the best path forward.
