Ecentria Distribution is seeking
Temporary Seasonal Warehouse Associates who will be responsible for Picking, Packing, and Put Away activities in our Aurora Distribution Center. This is an on-site seasonal position that will begin in late October and is scheduled to conclude by mid-January.

We are looking for Temporary Seasonal Employees that are available to work 40 hours/week (plus additional overtime as requested) for the following shifts:


  • First Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
  • Second Shift: Monday through Friday, 1pm – 9:30pm
  • Additional overtime will be available during the week and on weekends as requested

Duties & Responsibilities


  • : Accurately pick products from stock and sort products into orders using RF Scanner.
  • Accurately pack orders with the correct quantities, items, and marking of cartons. This includes:

  • Add stickers and box inserts as directed.
  • Ensure correct labels and method of shipment.
  • Select the correct sized packaging carton and packing filler to minimize shifting of products during shipment.
  • Tightly seal the carton or the packaging for shipment.
  • Put Away: Put away loose products into the appropriate bins and location.
  • Foster a clean and safe workplace by keeping work area clean; assist with corrugate removal as needed.

  • Adhere to distribution center metrics, policies, and standards to ensure accuracy and productive work volumes.
  • Work collaboratively with peers in executing assigned tasks.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements


  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center a plus.
  • Good attendance and performance record in previous positions.
  • Must be available for weekend and holiday shifts as requested
  • Ability to sit, stand, twist, turn, bend, climb stairs, manual dexterity, and walking required, for entire shift duration or up 10 hours.
  • Ability to sustain a high level of physical activity related to typing, seeing, hearing, repetitive motion, lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving a high volume of products and cartons which weigh up to 50 pounds is required.
  • Ability to use RF scanner and learn Warehouse Management software.
  • Ability to follow and understand written and verbal instructions which call for multiple different actions based upon product/descriptions, product quantities, product sizes and similar information.
  • You must be a U.S. Person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
