You will work to ensure that products are produced and shipped according to the order specifications and production schedules. Requirements
- Pick and Pack
- Processing orders quickly and efficiently.
- Adjust to coaching from the team manager on how to increase effectiveness.
- Achieve minimum performance targets for order volume and accuracy.
- Sorting orders that come in.
- Adding tracking information to the system from vendors/warehouses.
- 1-2+ years in the related parts experience.
- Comfort with learning and using recent technology.
- A sharp memory, attention to detail, and strong sense of organization.
- A keen ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
- Sufficient product knowledge
- Mastery of current systems and processes.
- Willingness and ability to train others.
- Expert multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
- Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
