We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Customer Engagement products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B environments, ideally within the CPaaS, SMS, or Customer Engagement industries. This role requires a visionary who can drive product strategy and deliver innovative solutions, focusing on user experience and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own Product Roadmap: Take full responsibility for the strategic and tactical planning of the Mobile Engagement product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Innovate User Experience: Propose and implement design improvements that enhance both platform user and end-customer experiences.
- Performance Reporting: Provide weekly reports on product performance, including business metrics and operational efficiency for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Expert: Be the leading expert on our customers, understanding their needs, pain points, and workflows to enhance their experience and ensure product alignment with customer objectives.
- Market Research: Continuously research the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and industry standards to ensure our product remains innovative and competitive.
- UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features using Figma to ensure a seamless user interface and interaction design.
- Feature Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee feature development, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
- Project Management: Lead detailed planning, goal setting, and resource allocation for product releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Technology Insight: Stay ahead of industry changes in technology and mobile engagement to influence the product’s evolution.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in technology companies is mandatory
- B2B & Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B environments, ideally within CPaaS, SMS, or Customer Engagement industries.
- Remote Team Collaboration: Proven experience managing projects with remote teams and global stakeholders.
- Human-Centered Design: Expertise in applying Human-Centered Design thinking to create solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Web Application Management: Experience designing and managing web applications in Angular is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, enterprise software, and communications platforms is a plus.
- Developer Communication: Comfortable discussing technical details with developers and understanding software development processes.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Experience managing products from inception to growth, maturity, and optimization, including legacy and greenfield projects.
- Communication & Detail Orientation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, MS/MBA a plus.
