About the role
Digibee is looking to hire experienced and motivated Cloud Engineer with cloud computing and Kubernetes expertise. As a Cloud Engineer responsible for all the platform stack, you will modernize, maintain, and implement our Platform features.
On a typical day, you will…
- Conduct discussions about the architectural solutions and what would be the best methods to solve a given problem, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- Design, implement, and manage all the Kubernetes clusters of our SaaS Cloud Platform.
- Collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with Kubernetes environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Kubernetes Network and computer networks in general.
- Develop automation scripts and tools for deploying and managing Kubernetes Network and traditional cloud infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other cloud engineers and DevOps team members.
- Work with cross-functional teams to increase our platform solutions portfolio.
What you’ll need to bring
- Expertise in cloud platform engineering using Kubernetes.
- Strong Information Security and Linux System administration fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like ContainerD and Docker.
- Experience in Computer Networks - Load Balancer, TCP, VPN, Routing, Virtual Networks, MPLS, Firewall.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms like AWS and GCP.
- Good grasp on DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications in Kubernetes and cloud platforms, such as CKA, CKAD, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Experience with container orchestration solutions like Amazon EKS, Azure Kubernetes Service, or Google Kubernetes Engine
- Previous Linux System Administration experience.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools, such as GitLab CI, FluxCD
- Advanced/Fluent English
