EnergyHub’s Client Success team launches and operates best-in-class programs for electric utilities, helping them address grid challenges by engaging customers with connected devices. As a Client Success Coordinator (TVA + South), helping our clients achieve their goals is your mandate: you will be supporting the team in developing strategic partnerships with our utility clients to grow the size of their programs. This includes handling foundational level operations and day-to-day processes during different points in the client life cycle including onboarding across EnergyHub’s full suite of products, services & projects. The Client Success Coordinator (TVA + South) will work directly with the client success team to make sure their assigned clients receive the utmost client service levels and a smooth start-to-finish experience with EnergyHub.

Responsibilities
- Support the Client Success Managers in your assigned region in post-sale activities & attend client meetings where relevant
- Ensure account activities are in accordance with established standard operating procedure for the accounts they are supporting, and create relevant reporting and perform basic analysis
- Partner with CSMs to align on tasks and deadlines for the accounts they are supporting, including coordination and planning of roadshows, webinars, 1-to-many trainings and office hours
- Support Client Success team members in day-to-day tasks and ad hoc projects
- Participate in and take notes during onboarding and workshop calls with clients
- Prepare monthly recurring client reports
- Take ownership of the operational aspects of our market programs using the EnergyHub DERMs platform
- Develop an understanding of technical aspects of demand response management
- Maintain, update, and distribute account data in Salesforce
- Conduct basic data analysis projects
- Manage departmental calendars & assist in the planning and execution of in-person team meetings
- Support the implementation, launch, and stewardship of program launches
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience working in a client facing role whether in Client Success Operations, Sales Planning, Client Services, Ad Operations, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines; some project management experience is a plus as is experience working with project management software such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc.
- Ability to prioritize across short-term and long-term goals
- Strong analytical skills & entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint - any experience with data visualization tools a plus but not a prerequisite
- Willing and available to be on a call several weeks per year for after-hours emergency client escalations

- The ideal candidate will reside in Tennessee (highly preferred), Missouri, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia or Texas. This role will require a flexible travel schedule.
