Responsibilities:
As I.T. Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for systems administration, maintenance and implementation of software, Active Directory management, administration of IT data systems including SharePoint and file systems and M365/email administration including user accounts and licenses. The scope of this position includes the following: local user and datacenter support, remote office connectivity to the Lakeland corporate office as well as IT support and system administration in remote locations.
- Provide proactive IT support and problem solving to Lakeland worldwide to ensure proper and efficient setup, configuration, operation, and maintenance of all IT systems and networks
- Responsible for Active Directory administration including OU and account management, group policy, and security groups
- Azure and M365 account management and email administration, including SharePoint administration, MS Teams support to users, and license management, as needed
- VMWare administration, including implementation and maintenance of Virtual Servers, system updates, and managing backups
- Network management and troubleshooting, physical and virtual security applications, and Cyber Security software management
- Provide end user support for all personnel and infrastructure
Qualifications:
- Experience with virtual server and OS management as well as network troubleshooting
- System Administrator experience (5-10 years preferred)
- Experience in Active Directory management and administration including Security Groups and Group Policy
- Azure, M365, and Exchange administration experience
- Experience with SharePoint configuration and management
- VMware and vCenter experience
- Veeam backup and SAN storage experience
- Microsoft Windows servers and client OS configuration and management
- Firewall and switch configuration, including VPN configurations
- Experience setting up and managing disaster recovery sites
- Cyber Security experience, including managing multiple security applications
- B.S. degree in I.T. or related discipline, preferred or Equivalent experience and certifications
- Project management experience, is a plus
