Quint has a portfolio of 15+ official property partnerships servicing over 90 events including Formula 1, NBA, Kentucky Derby, MotoGP, Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, NASCAR Chicago Experiences, Breeders Cup, Belmont Stakes and the NHL.About the RoleThe Salesforce Management & Ticket Operations Coordinator is a pivotal role within our event operations team, responsible for overseeing the management of our Salesforce CRM system and ticketing. This role ensures that all event launches are seamlessly inputted into the Salesforce platform, enabling a streamlined process from initial event launch through the sales process and finally fulfillment and event execution.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage ticketing operations, collaborate with various teams, and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional with a deep understanding of Salesforce, ticketing systems, and event operations, capable of managing complex processes and leading a team to success.Reports to: Salesforce Management & Ticket Operations Manager Core Responsibilities Salesforce CRM Management

  • Assist in the input, configuration, and management of all events within the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness by regularly updating and auditing Salesforce data.
  • Support internal teams by providing training on the effective use of Salesforce for event management and ticketing.
  • Work with IT and Salesforce administrators to resolve issues and implement new features.

Ticket Operations

  • Coordinate the fulfillment of both digital and physical tickets, working with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor ticket sales performance and assist in generating reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices related to ticketing.
  • Manage and maintain seating inventory for assigned events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for ticket-related inquiries and guest service issues.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining remote box offices for events, including pre-event testing.

Event Coordination

  • Provide on-site support during events, including ticket operations, guest services, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of ticketing strategies to enhance the guest experience.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the Salesforce Management & Ticket Operations Manager to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to align on goals and priorities.
  • Provide support in managing the overall ticketing process and system enhancements.

RequirementsWork Experience, Education, and Skills

  • 2+ years’ progressive experience in ticketing and CRM software management.
  • Live/sporting events experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Excel, CRM software, and project management tools.
  • Bi/multilingual preferred.

Physical 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Extensive walking and standing for periods greater than 12 hours while at events.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds/14 kilograms.
  • Full time in-person based in the Charlotte, NC
  • Requires flexibility to work long hours and weekends, as needed, in addition to having the ability to travel up to 25%
  • Willing and eligible to travel internationally.
  • Eligible to work in the United States
