We are seeking a
Director of Clinical Supervision to manage our clinician team, ensuring they are adhering to established practices, policies, procedures, and performance expectations that support business goals and practice needs. The Director of Clinical Supervision will also act as a representative of the clinical team within the clinical/clinical ops leadership structure.

What You’ll Do:
Manage Clinician team:
- Enable a high performance clinical team
- Track, analyze, and review individual metrics
- Establish goals and performance metrics for Clinical team and individual clinicians
- Coach and support the development of each clinician to achieve their greatest potential, and create action plans for clinicians who are not meeting metrics
- Conduct monthly meetings with clinicians and biannual performance reviews to ensure high performance, with focus on metrics
- Daily oversight of clinician task
- Ensure TAT metric is being met for all clinician tasks
- Monitor and communicate clinical staff performance expectations between monthly meetings
- Main point person for clinical team slack help channels and individual DM questions
- Collaborate with Clin ops to ensure smooth OOO coverage
- Serve as point of contact for other teams to escalate concerns about clinician performance or execution of timely requests from clinicians
- Participate in clinician recruitment + manage new clinician onboarding:
- Collaborate with the CCO to assess new clinician hires + participate in interviews to assess clinical qualifications
- Responsible for all clinical onboarding for new clinicians
- Assist Medical Director with chart audit and compliance:
- Help with quarterly chart audits + new workflow audits as directed by Project Manager and Medical Director
- As part of Clinical Leadership team, and shared with CCO and Medical Director, provide additional clinical coverage for PRN tasks as needed (ZD holiday coverage, RN backup, etc.)
Clinical team leadership representative
- Participate in regular Clinical/Clinical ops leadership meetings:
- Track, analyze, and review metrics from previous weeks, identifying trends and reprioritizing work as needed based on data
- Monitor and address Asana form submissions highlighted by Clin Ops as needing clinical review
- Review and give feedback on Clin Ops processes that are getting ready for launch
- Serve as Clinical representative to pilot any programs or processes
- Support cross functional projects that affect clinical team:
- Act as the primary clinical stakeholder in any cross team project to ensure clinical perspective is represented, focusing on efficiency and accuracy of clinical metrics and performance.
- Serve as a stakeholder in product roadmap discussion and prioritization
- Lead as the subject matter expert on all new releases and workflows, collaborating with Clin Project Mgr, Clinical Ops and Member Ops to ensure smooth clinician comms, training, and assessment.
- Collaborate with Clinical Leadership on documentation development: create and maintain up-to-date SOPs and clinical workflow training materials
Clinician
:
- Maintain a small member panel to ensure continued connection with clinician workflow experience and member experience.
- In collaboration with CCO and Medical Director, respond to crisis channel flow and other clinical needs escalations to ensure both TAT metric met and clinical safety of members.
What You’ll Bring:
- Ideally, experience working already as a FOLX Clinician
- Excellent decision-making and communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
Education and Experience
- 5+ years related experience
- 3+ yrs experience supervising or managing teams
- Active NP or PA licensure
- Active DEA licenses in practice states
