Client Success Manager - Value Based Medicine


Job Summary:


Client Success Manager, Value-Based Care (hereafter referred to as Manager) will be the primary relationship manager for Corporate and Provider Group Client Accounts within Tryon’s Value-Based Care department. Manager will partner with clients to understand business goals and help maximize the value received from their partnership with Tryon.

Primary Job Responsibilities/Tasks may include, but not limited to:  


  • Manage and maintain assigned book of business, including implementation, renewal, and growth of accounts.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with stakeholders within a client organization to serve as a trusted partner and representative of Tryon. Manager will represent and advocate for Client needs, identifying solution opportunities and coordinating with department leaders to implement as applicable.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for client issues, when necessary, and manage communication and expectations through resolution. In the case where there are recurring challenges across accounts, Manager will seek and present solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions.
  • Work with clients to define key performance indicators for success and engagement, monitor performance to goal, and develop initiatives to improve performance as applicable.
  • Lead regular face-to-face business review meetings with clients and associated client partners to ensure expectations are aligned and results are demonstrated to meet business goals.
  • Leverage market experience and knowledge to educate internal and external stakeholders on relevant industry trends that align with strategic priorities and represent Tryon’s value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to client management SOPs, training materials, and other resources supporting client engagement strategies.
  • Mentor Client Account Coordinators and staff in adjacent roles.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


Education and Certifications:


  • 2-3 years experience in either health care or a related field, preferably in account management, with a focus on Value-Based care preferred.
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience


:

Physical Requirements:


  • Reliable transportation for travel to and from local events.
  • Work consistently requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must be able to lift and support weight of 35 pounds.
  • Ability to concentrate on details.
  • Use of computer for long periods of time.
