About the role
We're seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer who is passionate about creating beautiful user experiences to join our founding team.As one of the earliest members of a fast-growing team, you’ll have an opportunity to help build, and ship features directly used by thousands of users. Success in this role will naturally lead to rapid progression and leadership opportunities. You will report directly to the CTO.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead major front-end projects, end-to-end
Designing new user interfaces, taking features from idea to mockup to fully-fledged product
Writing clean, testable, scalable, efficient, and well-documented code in an agile environment
Contributing to product road mapping alongside the founding team and prioritizing features according to customer needs
Contributing to the design system that Supademo uses to develop a consistent look and feel for our products
Your Existing Skills
You have 5+ experience in Front End Development and shipping products
You are proficient in React/Typescript and Node.js, with a strong understanding of state management.
You have an eye for thoughtful design and enjoy building complex functional web components
You have made contributions to full-stack engineering projects, preferably having started from scratch and worked through all phases of product development
You can design and implement automated testing to ensure the production of robust code (Jest, Mocha, Lighthouse, etc.)
Mastery of CSS, preferably via a framework like TailwindCSS
You have strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus points
You are proficient in server-side code and the design of web applications (e.g., APIs, microservices, etc.)
Experience building Chrome extensions
You have experience or interest in AI and enterprise SaaS
