This position requires the candidate to be available to work in-person in our Atlanta office. We come in 3 days per week, but support flexibility as needed.

What are we looking for?
You will be responsible for bringing our ideas to life!Here’s what that entails:General Product Strategy and UX Leadership
- Work with leadership team to continuously update high level product strategy
- Understand customer pain points, gaps and opportunities
- Have awareness of competitor offerings to help us stand out and win in the market
- Analyze adoption and performance of deployed features
- Maintain a living product roadmap that will reflect our broad product strategy while being detailed enough to scope out future sprints
Feature Design and Specifications:
- Create wireframes / mock-ups of screen flows and review with product leadership team
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop high fidelity specs
- Write user stories with detailed developer specs, acceptance criteria, and testing requirements
- Work with head of development to finalize user stories before assignment
- Answer questions from developers and QA about specs and update as needed
Development Sprint Scoping and Support:
- Work with leadership team to prioritize features into upcoming sprints
- Walk through sprint plan with DevOps, QA, and developers
- Review features as they are being worked on and provide hardening lists
- Provide an overview of new features to sales/marketing and customer success
- Write release notes for existing customers
What we expect you to have:
- Proven experience in a product owner and/or product owner role on a customer facing app
- Extreme passion for product design and development fundamentals, such as:
- Customer discovery
- Adoption analytics
- Feature roadmaps
- App design
- Wireframing
- Understanding business objectives and aligning with feature design
- Software development lifecycle
- Strong logic skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage through adversity and change
- Ability to step back and think strategically
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Experience working with and balancing the demands of multiple stakeholders
Bonus points and street cred for the following:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Design
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications
- Development background
- Good eye for design and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Experience working on projects that leverage the following:
- Azure DevOps
- Data visualization tools
- Cloud hosted solutions
