The Opportunity
Pillar4 Media is seeking a Paid Search Associate to join its fast-growing team. As a member of the Revenue Technology team, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and other team members to own and operate the paid media funnel from analyzing inputs to implementing testing ideas to drive results. You will also create value through existing paid media channels while discovering and leading new channel expansion.Pillar4’s mission is to to help people live healthier lives with access to trusted resources, in-depth product reviews, and supportive communities.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Senior Associate, the Paid Search Associate will:
- Drive results by analyzing and optimizing paid accounts across a multitude of platforms. Execute across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, programmatic display, and remarketing. Conduct profitability analysis at the keyword level, optimize automated bidding strategies, manage creative testing, and drive profitable expansion for accounts in an environment that is not budget constrained.
- Evaluate, test, and launch new paid media channels. Help lead our efforts to continuously vet and expand into new paid media channels that allow us to grow audience and reach while driving additional revenue. Work directly with senior leadership on new channel expansion. Monitor results closely and make informed decisions quickly.
- Measure and report on performance. Be responsible for paid media performance metrics and make proactive, data-driven decisions to drive profitable conversion growth.
- Influence and implement CRO opportunities on multiple website properties. Work together with our CRO team to hypothesis, develop, and launch data-driven experiences to optimize our website properties.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in business, finance, marketing, economics, mathematics, or another analytically focused degree or role
- 1-3 years of experience in paid media execution and digital analytics
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles such as bidding automation, conversion funnels, website optimization, creative testing, and audience segmentation
- Experience in applying data insights to business decisions
- Track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
