The Professional Services team’s mission is to accelerate the time to value for our Pendo users. We are a team of creative individuals passionate about delivering value for our customers while sharing best practices. We aim to exceed our customers’ expectations in every engagement while positively influencing their business outcomes. The Consultant plays a crucial role in making this happen. They work closely with all account team members to ensure that our customers enjoy a smooth and robust experience from the beginning to the end of their implementation of Pendo.
Pendo Consultants work on all products and partner with CSMs, TAMs, ADs, and others to make the customer successful.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Pendo customers to accelerate their onboarding process by understanding their purchases, unique business goals, and targeted timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and on schedule while identifying bottlenecks and bringing them to leadership's attention.
- Share best practices for analyzing product usage, delivering in-app guidance, and leveraging the Pendo platform.
- Be operationally oriented and self-driven to complete engagements and keep customers driving towards value in their first 60 days of Pendo usage.
- Create strong customer relationships at varying levels of persona and customer segments, including large Enterprise customers.
- Create strong internal relationships to drive value and mitigate potential risk.
- Be an internal advocate for product needs and customer needs.
- Stay current with all of Pendo’s product releases and GTM strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Passion for helping customers realize value through implementation and consulting services
- 2+ years of technology implementation, management consulting, product management, or account management experience
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role, preferably with a SaaS B2B company
- Ability to learn technical concepts, translate them to business solutions, and deliver the result
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage customer relationships and develop strategies to drive success with new technologies
- Experience working with large Enterprise customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic CSS, HTML, or similar web technologies
- Self-starter who seeks challenging assignments
- 4-year degree preferred

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.The expected base salary range for this role in the following locations is: New York City, NY - $88,200 - $110,300Raleigh, NC - $84,000 - $105,000Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
